We are an independent family company specialising in Conservatories, Orangeries and Garage Conversions. Our designs are bespoke and tailored to our clients requirements and to complement their home.

We only use high quality materials and our own experienced craftsmen. As a compact business we provide a very personal service and excellent value for money.

Our reputation has been earned by diligently planning, designing, carrying out and managing each of our clients projects from start to finish.

Our experience and expertise covers a wide range of construction techniques and disciplines. We regularly carry out structural steelwork, tiled roofs, footings, complex lighting installations and joinery & carpentry.

As a company we have met government standards in areas including insurance, good health and safety practices and customer satisfaction. Our quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction will be continually monitored as a condition of our membership.

Federation of Master Builders

We are full members of the Federation of Master Builders as this is the most relevant trade association for the type of work we undertake. Established companies with a record of quality builds behind them are allowed to join. Their stringent vetting procedures include taking up references from customers, building inspectors and architects. We have been members since 2003.

We have been Trading Standards Aproved since 2003.

Our guarantee is supported through membership of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) with a 10-year guarantee underwritten by the Guarantee Protection Insurance Company Ltd, plus a deposit indemnity insurance safeguarding your deposit prior to work commencing.

The Consumer Protection Association is an independent body designed to protect the interests of the consumer when using companies offering home improvement services. Space Solutions has satisfied the CPA that we are a thoroughly professional organisation. The CPA evaluates the quality of its members, product, installation and service.
