If your project does require planning permission then we have an in house planning facility -- drawing up all your planning drawings to scale and completing the necessary planning application to your local authority -- making it easy and worry free for you.
And if you already have plans this is perfectly OK! We are highly experienced at working with plans from various architects and sources. We will review them as part of the initial meeting & quotation process and with the advantage of our 7 years specialist experience will provide helpful suggestions and advice.
With the recent changes to planning regulations in many cases clients who want to construct a conservatory or garden room, or convert their garage do not require planning permission.
As part of our quality service we will liaise with your local planning department to verify that planning permission is not required and we will submit a building notice to the council & arrange all the necessary inspections to obtain building regulation approval.
If you need help sourcing an architect we can help with this. We also have local contacts in relation to specialist services like structural engineers.
As part of our total professional service we also complete the building regulation application for you including meetings with your local authority building inspector at all stages of inspection to completion.
