The Federation of Master Builders is the largest trade organisation which promotes standards of excellence in construction. Each of its members is carefully vetted prior to be accredited.
Our Garage Conversions are covered by an independent 10 year guarantee.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms and warranties are approved by Bedfordshire Trading Standards Authority.
Our contracts are inclusive of all materials, labour, waste removal, Building Notice fee and guarantees.
Once the deposit and the contracts have been exchanged then we arrange to complete a final survey with you, so that the relevant materials can be ordered and the Building Notice paperwork and fee be filed with your local authority.
Your completion pack and guarantee will be passed to you and your local authority will issue your Building Regulations Completion Certificate.
Our standard terms and conditions are printed on the reverse of all contracts.
