Welcome to Space Solutions, a family run garage conversion specialist serving the people in our local community. Since our inception over 6 years ago, we have become one of the leading independent garage conversion specialists in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire.
Co-founded by Jason and Jane Shepherd, Space Solutions remains true to our values of personal, friendly service, outstanding quality of workmanship and striving to exceed your expectations.
At Space Solutions you are assured of friendly and personal service. Jason will always meet you to discuss your plans and we provide a written proposal detailing all the works involved. Jason and Jane are always available to talk with you - at a time convenient to you - even in the evening or weekend.
Space Solutions doesn't employ salespeople or entertain sales tactics; we don't offer discounts if you 'sign on the night' or special offers. We know that people value our totally open and honest approach and thats why (independently surveyed) every single one of our clients has said they would recommend us since our inception in 2002.
Our proposals are all completely free with no obligation and will details specifics. Waste removal and building notices are included in our costings; and the costing is fixed, not an 'estimate'.
Our contractual terms and conditions have been approved by Trading Standards to ensure that they are fair to both parties and we are happy to provide written confirmation of payment schedule and procedures.
